Mr S.K. Misra, renowned I.A.S Officer who was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 2009. He has been Secretary Tourism (including M.D of ITDC) Civil Aviation and Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of India., He was the Director of the Festivals of India in USSR, France, Sweden and U.S.A . He retired as the Chairman of INTACH after serving for a decade, in 2011.

Ms Ramika Ahmad, Afghanistan
Ms Ramika Ahmad, was born in a Pashtun family and belongs to the Afghan Royal Family. She went to school in Kabul and did her graduation and post graduation in the U.S. She has worked with UN World Food Program for 11 years. She is now working as advisor to President of Afghanistan, in the palace ARG for renovation, restoration and decorations of the palaces. Passionate about food, she received cooking lessons from special chefs who cook authentic Afghan food which is not commonly found in restaurants today.
Chef Michael Swamy
Popularly known as the “Historian Chef” or the “Chef Who Wears Many Hats”. An alumnus of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Michael Swamy was never satisfied with just cooking food and decided to step out of the kitchen and explore the culinary world in all it’s kaleidoscopic aspects.
